With a Printscan Maintenance contract you will have the assurance of a guaranteed response time provided efficiently and economically by our Manufacturer trained Service Engineers.
Printscan Support Services Ltd offer On-Site Maintenance Contracts either our Standard recommended cover or tailor made to our customer’s requirements. We at Printscan have found that by working closely with our customer we can offer the best solution at the best price. Our Bespoke contracts include:
- Scheduled Preventative Maintenance on Equipment at specified intervals.
- Guaranteed Response Times to reduce down time
- Structured Penalties should response times not be met
- Telephone Support at any time
- Loan Printer to reduce down time
- All Work is carried out by Manufacturer Certified Engineers
Our Annual Maintenance Contracts include all travel, labour and all parts (except printheads, which are classed as a consumable, but fitting is covered.)
